Return & Exchange Policy

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition with tags attached

Please include your order number and the item you’d like to return or exchange.

Size Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item due to choosing the wrong size, please note:

• Customers are responsible for postage costs to return the item to us.

• If you would like a different size sent back to you, you will also need to cover the postage for the replacement pair.

As a small business, keeping our prices affordable for everyone is important to us.
This is why we include a required size confirmation checkbox at checkout—to help minimise sizing mistakes and unnecessary postage costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Footy shorts that have been worn or washed

• Custom or personalised items

• Sale or clearance items

• Items marked “final sale”

Return Shipping

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• If we made an error with your order, we will cover the return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or design, we’re happy to help.
Email us and we’ll arrange the quickest way to get your replacement to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
